ENGLISH COURT CUPBOARD. Outstanding two-part carved Elizabethan style English Court cupboard. This outstanding Court cupboard has bottom section fitted by one large carved door with shamrock carving. Intricate scroll and leaf carved side panels with spiral carved corner columns. A fine carved wood bracket base, sides with inset double panels. The door opens to reveal a single shaped shelf. The top section fitted with two doors having arched central mirrors with intricately carved frame. The side columns and central divider have carvings of Elizabethan style man. The top 9” cornice has intricate carved detail. SIZE: 77-1/2” h x 54” w x 22” d. CONDITION: Very good with alterations. 5-71751 (5,000-7,000)
