*COLT BRIGHT STAINLESS SERIES 80 GOVT. MODEL. SN SG03264E. Cal. .38 Super. 5″ bbl marked “Colt Super 38 Auto” over chamber. Bright polished stainless steel slide, standard sights with white dots. Left side is marked “Colt MKIV/Series 80” followed by rampant Colt logo. Right side “Colt Government Model”. Bright stainless steel frame with extended beaver tail safety, skeletonized hammer, two-piece finger groove front, uncheckered wooden grips with silver Colt emblem. Accompanied with three factory magazines, all with standard Colt markings on bottom. PROVENANCE: Dr. Charles Bradley, Lubbock, TX. CONDITION: Extremely fine, appears test fired only. Gun retains all of its bright stainless finish with a couple of minor handling marks. Mechanics are crisp with a bright shiny bore. Accompanied with its factory blue plastic hard case and owners’ manual, factory label identifying gun with red overstamp “USED”. 9-21222 (700-1,000)
