DAUM NANCY ENAMELED BOX. Magnificent Daum box has heavily enameled floral decoration with a large enameled butterfly on the top and enameled insects at the back two corners of the box. The amber glass background is acid textured and has a cameo vine decoration. Box is unsigned but most certainly Daum. The lid and box are finished at the rim with a gold metal trim. SIZE: 5-1/4″ x 5″ x 3″ h. PROVENANCE: Collection of Dr. Simon Pinhaus. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-67814 (3,000-5,000)
