EASTLAKE VICTORIAN WALNUT SLANT-FRONT DESK. Last quarter 19th century. In three parts, the uppermost shelf unit with incised decoration and carved vinery, mounted to the middle section fitted with a hinged lid opening to an interior fitted with cubby holes and central drawer, the writing surface baize-lined, stepped back and fitted to the lower section with a long drawer above a bank of two short drawers and single door on a molded base raised on casters. SIZE: 66″ h x 30″ w x 16″ d. CONDITION: Very good overall, professionally repolished and restored. 9-21177 (400-600)
