PAIR OF CAST BRASS BEADED WALL SCONCES. First quarter 20th century. In the empire style, the frames cast with floral garlands, wreath, and bow-tied ribbon. The borders cast with scrolling leaf tips. The whole woven with glass-beaded squares, each centering a clear glass prism. SIZE: L 17 1/2″ W 8 1/2″ CONDITION: Structurally good overall, the castings somewhat rough. Beadwork intact. Wired for electricity, in need of re-wiring. 9-96975 (1,200-1,800)
