SETH THOMAS “FASHION #4” CALENDAR CLOCK. Third quarter of the 19th Century. Pendulum present, no key. The walnut case fitted with black and gold double dials. The upper with time & strike apertures and small seconds dial. The lower dial with calendar chapter ring, day, date and month. Marked “SOUTHERN CALENDAR CLOCK CO. ST. LOUIS MO.”. Case retains original paper label on interior. The whole on a molded plinth. SIZE: 32″ h x 16″ w x 5-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Dials have been repainted black instead of white, bell has been replaced, rollers have been replaced from white to black. Case has been tastefully refinished. Original “Fashion” tablet.
