REMINGTON POCKET MODEL CONVERSION REVOLVER. Cal. 38 RF. SN 256. Nickel finish with 4-1/2″ oct bbl, 5-shot conversion cylinder numbered “299”. It has 2-pc walnut grips numbered to the revolver. A period belt & holster rig accompanies it for a small waist. Belt appears a little older than the holster & has faint orig “EXP CO” markings. CONDITION: Very fine to extremely fine. Revolver retains 96-98% strong bright orig nickel with a spot or two of light rust and a tiny, flaked area. Grips are crisp with a couple of small dings & retain most of their orig varnish. Crisp mechanics, strong bright bore with moderate pitting. Belt is dry & flexed with several hand-punched holes. Holster is fine and retains about 90% orig brown finish. 4-57314 JR611 (1,500-2,500)
