E.N. WELCH LABELED ROSEWOOD MANTEL CLOCK. Third quarter of the 19th Century. The rosewood case mounted with a double dial and fitted with a B.B. Lewis calendar mechanism on the lower door, housing an eight-day spring movement with strike. Case with ebonized trim. Pendulum present, no key. SIZE: 17″ h x 9-1/2″ w x 4-1/2″ d. PROVENANCE: Dr. Charles Bradley, Lubbock, TX. CONDITION: Case cleaned and refinished, the clock as described but with an assemblage of new and retooled parts.
