HARRIS CITY DELIVERY TRUCK. Exquisite wagon with yellow, green, and red sides, stenciled “City Delivery” with open/close back gate, yellow enameled wheels and yoke supporting two black horses with red trappings, being driven by figure in blue uniform with black boots and hat. This is a typical delivery wagon one would see on the streets New York in the 1890’s. A very desirable feature of this toy is the eye-catching color scheme. You can almost smell the fresh baked bread that he was likely delivering. SIZE: 15 1/2”. CONDITION: Light overall wear, particularly to black enameled areas, otherwise very good condition.
