CAST IRON CAILLE “JUMBO SUCCESS” CARD MACHINE. Believed to be by Caille Bros. of Detroit as cards indicate. This large piece of equipment was prolific in general stores, lodges, etc. during the early part of the 20th century. Predominantly in original paint finish, the castings have been renickeled and although the marquee is extremely fanciful, it is incorrect for this machine. In operational condition with original card strips that are in very good plus condition. SIZE: 5′ tall. CONDITION: Lacking cast iron cash box enclosure. 1-8323 (2,000-3,000) Auction: Advertising, Toy & Doll - Spring 2008 Please Note: All prices include the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium, which is paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. The prices noted here after the auction are considered unofficial and do not become official until after the 46th day. |
