ALUMINUM BODIED PAPINA GAS POWERED RACER. Circa 1955 this racer is powered by a .60 McCoy gas ignition engine. Formerly of the collection of Gary Vahling. Very few cars were done in aluminum and this example has never been run on a race track. Side is marked “Papina” and “5” on the tail. SIZE: 17-1/2″ l. CONDITION: Some paint chips to graphics, dulling to aluminum finish, overall very good to near excellent. 1-7631 (2,000-3,000)
