SMALL CHINESE EXPORT PLATE WITH AMERICAN EAGLE. 7” plate has American eagle with shield holding ribbon “E. Pluribus Unum”. Piece of paper accompanies lot with history indicating the piece is from the American Embassy in Peeking, which was opened in the 1860’s. About forty undamaged pieces were found in the Thieves market of Macao. CONDITION: Very good. 9-92887 (250-450)
