GALLE WHEELCARVED VASE. Extremely fine Galle vase has crescent shape and is decorated with salmon-colored wheelcarved flowers, leaves, and stems against a frosted background. One area has a section of delicate intaglio-carved flowers enhancing a three-dimensional effect. Vase is signed on the bottom in cameo “Emile Galle” and the signature is further enhanced with a wheelcarved flower. The entire vase appears to be lightly firepolished. SIZE: 5″ h x 5-1/2″ l.
