*WINCHESTER MODEL 94 SADDLE RING CARBINE. Cal. 30 WCF (30-30). SN 922978. Standard carbine with 20″ rnd bbl, full magazine, square base front sight & carbine ladder rear sight. It has a stud & ring in the left side of receiver. Wood is very nicely figured, uncheckered, straight grain American walnut with straight grip & carbine buttplate. It is accompanied by the orig assembly shop tag indicating the action test was accomplished on 5-3-21. CONDITION: Very fine to extremely fine. Bbl, magazine tube & bbl bands retain about all of their orig strong bright factory finish with only slight wear on the bands. Receiver retains 95-97% strong orig blue on the right side with light edge wear & a couple of small spots turning plum. Left side has about 35% flaked areas, retaining about 65% strong orig blue. Losses have turned to a medium patina. Lever retains about 85% orig blue & the hammer about 75%. Wood is sound with a very few, very minor nicks & retains virtually all of its orig factory finish. Tag is fragile & yellowed, but generally still legible. Mechanics are crisp, brilliant shiny bore. Pierre Renaud Collection 4-55675 JR311 (1,250-1,750)
