*FINE LATE COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER. Cal. 38 WCF (38-40). SN 352322. Nickel finish with 7-1/2″ bbl, slightly altered thick front sight with 1-line block letter bbl address & caliber on left side. Frame has rampant Colt without circle & 2-line patent dates. Front & back straps are properly numbered on right side underneath grip. It has after market reproduction pearl grips with a replaced grip screw. Cylinder has last two digits of serial number on rear edge & a large “2” and an “N” proof on front edge. . Please note: Accompanying this gun will be a Colt factory letter listing this gun as having rubber grips and having been shipped to Hibbard, Spencer & Bartlett Co, Chicago, IL on September 6, 1929 in a shipment of 1 gun. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Has been fired but very little, retains virtually all of its bright orig factory nickel finish with minor surface mars.
