*WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 38-55. SN 197004. Standard grade rifle with 26″ oct bbl, full magazine, half-nickel front sight with screw & semi-buckhorn rear sight. It has uncheckered straight grain walnut wood with straight stock and crescent buttplate. CONDITION: Fine to very fine. Bbl & magazine tube retain 94-96% strong orig blue. Receiver retains 83-85% orig blue, strong on the sides. Lever retains traces of case colors and the hammer about 90% dark colors. Hairline in the right wrist, otherwise the wood is sound with about 50% orig finish showing on the stock and a fine patina on the forearm with usual handling & use marks and a small gouge on the comb with some sort of light finish added overall.
