RARE SETH THOMAS REGULATOR #19 SANTA FE RAILWAY SYSTEM REGULATOR CLOCK. Circa 1909. The nicely carved large oak case with shell crest, the canted corners with engaged columns, the capitols and bases carved with leafy sprays. The pediment, ogee molded, with pendant finials. The glass door marked “Santa Fe Route” in gold gilt letters. The 12″ painted “Montgomery” style dial signed “Santa Fe Railway System, Standard Dial” with sweep seconds. The eight-day, single weight, time only movement with a two-jar pendulum having thumbprint design. Pendulum, key, winder & weight present. SIZE: Overall 78″ l x 23″ w x 10″ d. CONDITION: Case with superior original finish, retouched dial, regilt lettering on door. Original movement in very good condition. 9-21105 (30,000-35,000)
