*WINCHESTER MODEL 92 SADDLE RING CARBINE. Cal. 44 WCF (44-40). SN 883347. Standard carbine with 20″ rnd bbl, full magazine, square base front sight with modified blade and carbine ladder rear sight. Receiver has a staple & ring in the left side. It has gum wood stock & forearm, uncheckered, with straight grip & carbine buttplate. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbl & magazine tube retain 96-98% strong bright orig blue. Receiver retains 88-90% strong bright orig blue with the losses flaked, not worn, to a light patina. Lever & hammer retain most of their strong orig blue. Wood is sound with numerous light bruises and a few nicks & scratches. Mechanics are crisp, bright shiny bore. 4-56458 JR492 (5,000-8,000)
