CONFEDERATE CAVALRY SABER. Classic Confederate cavalry with unfullered blade. Longitudinal fault at ricasso, reminiscent of Columbus, GA mfg. Blade is pitted and cleaned. SIZE: Blade is 35-1/2” l. Overall is 42 1/2”. CONDITION: Grip is of coarse leather with heavy round wire. Accompanying scabbard has two brass carrying ring, iron throat and iron drag. 4-48764 (3,500-4,500)
