TWO PIECES OF HISTORIC STAFFORDSHIRE. 1) 17-1/2” x 14-1/2” platter “The Range of Lebanon by T. Mayer, Longport” (Thomas Mayer Circa 1836-38). From a series “Illustrations of the Bible”. Very good condition. 2) 5” h x 12-1/2” l x 10” w covered shaped mauve colored two handled serving dish with nice flower finial. Unmarked base. Some staining to the interior, otherwise very good. PROVENANCE: Estate of Maria M. Viveiros, New Bedford, Massachusetts. 9-28800 (400-600)
