THREE ROSE MEDALLION TEAPOTS FITTED IN CARRYING BASKETS. Late 19th-early 20th century. Each drum-form pot having wrapped-wire handles fitted into conforming woven baskets with hinged lids and silk lining; one with tea bowl. SIZE: Two 7″ overall h. and dia. Oval: 7-1/2″ x 11″ x 8-1/2″. PROVENANCE: From a private Pennsylvania collection. CONDITION: The first pot in very good condition, round basket also very good. The second pot in very good condition overall, fitted in deteriorating round basket. The third pot missing its lid and with tea bowl, fitted in an oval basket with a fabric liner; overall condition very good. 9-92643-18 (500-700)
