RARE NIP & TUCK STRING SCISSOR TOY. Attributed to Ives Blakeslee & Company, this little witty toy consists of a black dog and a white dog with strings attached to their mouth. When using a scissor-type movement, the iron disk attached to the cord and between the two dogs would spin. An amusing little toy that is seldom found!
