SLINGSBY TRAVELERS PISTOL. Cal. 41. 6″ octagonal bbl. Marked “Slingsby” on the lockplate with an added “Retford” on the bbl. Birmingham proof marks on the bottom of the bbl. Silver escutcheons and initial plate. CONDITION: Fine with 50% brown on the Damascus bbl and fading casehardening on the lock and tang. Triggerguard has light pitting with only hints of blue. Bore is heavily pitted. Action is good. 4-52987 FS231 (500-800)
