ENFIELD SNIDER CONVERSION CARBINE. Cal. 57 Snider. 1867 dated lockplate, cut down musket with Snider patent breech modification, 19” bbl, bead front sight, musket rear sight, one bbl band, 1-pc stock with cartouche on right side of butt. NSN. CONDITION: Good. No original finish remains being a dark brown patina overall with moderate pitting. Wood is recently cleaned with crack on both sides of lock area, a replaced chip at the toe. Strong bright bore with moderate pitting. 4-48433 (400-600)
