WILLIAM MCGREGOR PAXTON (American, 1869-1941) DOUBLE SIDED SILVER POINT ON PAPER DRAWING. Side one is a study of two figures which is partially signed lower right. Side two with tree and fence, unsigned. Housed in a fabulous double sided frame with carved and gilt highlights, silk matte and inner gold liners all on a table stand base. Bottom base of frame is engraved signed “W F Scott”. The base has a label from the Norton Gallery & School of Art, West Palm Beach, Florida and with title “Head of woman, arm & leg”.
