CHARLES HENRY MILLER (American, 1842-1922) “BOUQUET OF OAKS, STEWARTS POND, JAMAICA, LONG ISLAND”. Oil on canvas-board landscape scene shows a large oak tree with a fallen branch in the middle of a large meadow. A nice summer scene. Initialed and dated lower right corner “C.H.M. Aug 17th 1892”. Titled and inscribed on bottom left. Housed in a fine gesso decorated gilt frame with linen liner. SIGHT SIZE: 14” x 22-1/2”. CONDITION: Restored, inpainting. Very good. 9-70825 (1,800-2,250)
