TAPESTRY FAIRY LAMP. Ruf fig. 509/510 & Ruf fig. 709 (shade). Pyramid size unfired creamware Burmese shade with leave and acorn décor in shades of brown. Two-tier creamware base with blue and burgundy décor with gold highlighting. Marked with Taylor Tunnicliffe mark as well as “1439A” on the underside. The shade holder portion of this piece is signed “S. Clarke’s Patent Trade Mark Fairy Pyramid” on the interior. SIZE: Overall 6” dia. CONDITION: 1/4” flat chip on bottom edge of shade, top edge of shade holder appears to have been smoothed down and re-gilded. Otherwise very good. 5-64600 (400-600)
