HARVARD KICKER TOY W/ OB. Interesting action toy with crossover for cast iron collectors, sports aficionados, and Harvard Alumni. Featuring a strapping lad with crimson jersey emblazoned “H” across his chest with brown pants, and crimson painted “socks”. Cock his leg back, press the lever, and he’ll send one of the eight accompanying rubber footballs downfield. Mounted to a round cast iron base marked “Pat. July 3rd, 1900”. Comes with original wooden dovetailed box and lid, labeled with directions for use (box bottom detached but present). SIZE: 8-3/4” t. CONDITION: Much corrosion to face, some chipping to kicking leg and tin hands, rear of pants has wear and tear. Leg does not stay cocked, but retains strong spring. Overall generally good.
