SCARCE STELLA UPRIGHT 26″ DISC MUSIC BOX. This impressive upright music box has a large storage compartment below for records, nicely ornamented, on base, mid-section and top with egg and dart molding, and having nicely turned frontice columns, the doors with arched glass tops and cut-work design on the lower side. This lovely music box can be coin operated, and also can be played manually by inserting a key in the side. The mahogany case appears to retain its original finish, and is in nice condition. Included are approximately thirty 26” disks. SIZE: Approximately 78″ h x 36″ w x 20-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Case is in very nice shape except for a couple of minor imperfections. There may have, at one time, been a gallery top. If so, it is now missing. Complete with keys and crank. Mechanism appears original and in very nice condition with outstanding tone. 1-8554 JJ (10,000-15,000)
