MENE FRENCH BRONZE. Spectacular French bronze by Pierre Jules Mene (1810-1871) features a Royal horseman holding the leashes of five hunting dogs walking along side his horse. The bronze is done in nice brown patina while the horseman’s coat and hat are patinated in red with green trim. The horseman has a hunting bugle over his shoulder. Signed “P J Mene 1869”.
