SCARCE J.P. SEEBURG STYLE “K” NICKELODEON. This is the classic antique American nickelodeon. This popular Seeburg features a half-round leaded glass panel at top central which depicts a spread winged eagle. The entire cabinet is of oak and the two lower doors open to expose the mechanism. In addition to piano, also includes xylophone, tambourine, triangle, castanets, etc. SIZE: Approximately 62″ h x 48″ w x 24″ d. CONDITION: Mechanism plays. Because some of the pipes have dried up a little, it leaks air and thus does not play strongly or consistently but intermittently. The motor works but the pipes are currently leaking a little; if possible it will be tightened up before auction (please call for update).
