RARE PAIR OF BEADED FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS. 18th century, China. Planters of gilt bronze inlaid with thunder meander patterns in blue enamel. Stands of cloisonne decoration with acanthus elements. SIZE: 10″ h overall. PROVENANCE: From a private Maine collection; Ex-Louise C. Morgan collection sold at auction by Sotheby Parke Bernet, May 29-June 1, 1974 the sale of the contents of “Salutation”, West Island, Glen Cove, Long Island, NY. CONDITION: Generally good with some loss to beadwork and gilding. Minor dents throughout. 9-29078 (400-600)
