SIGNED STEUBEN ACANTHUS BOWL. Beautiful frosted bowl has acid cut back design of acanthus leaf with Fleur-de-Lis signature molded into design near foot. Line drawing of bowl is shown in Gardner’s “The Glass of Frederick Carder” page 364, plate IV and described as being shown in the 1932 Steuben catalog. SIZE: 11 3/4″ long by 6 1/2″ wide by 6 1/2″ tall. CONDITION: Several small chips to the sharp edges of acid cut design and two apparent grind marks to top of lip. 5-68448 (800-1,200)
