A GROUP OF EIGHT WOVEN BASKETS. Late 18th/early 19th century. Including five circular carrying baskets. One with handle branded “T. WARD” and one large example with swing handle. A square basket with double swing handle and with hinged lid. A small feather basket with lid and a conical example with a single C-form handle. SIZE: Diameter of largest is 16-1/2″. Height of feather basket 21″. Diameter of smallest 9″. CONDITION: Overall structurally good with some losses to wrapping at rim. All with minor degrees of roughness. 9-22715 (1,000-1,500)
