EARLY 8 over E.J. BEBE. An outstanding example of an early E.J. with fine pale bisque, threaded amber eyes, a marked eight ball jointed Jumeau body, and still retaining original coil spring in head. The Jumeau factory once again demonstrates their ability to make a lifelike doll that was most appealing in the late 1800s as well as it is today to the advanced or novice doll owner. Adding to her appeal is a great blonde mohair wig and most fanciful aqua cotton and lace bebe dress, accompanied by aqua socks, and black French leather shoes. SIZE: 22″. CONDITION: Cork pate is glued tight but head has been inspected and appears to be free of damage. Body shows minor wear. 1-6995 JL (10,000-14,000)
