DIMINUTIVE BENCHMADE FEDERAL-STYLE INLAID MAHOGANY SIDEBOARD. 1st half 20th century. THe rectangular top with serpentine front, fitted with a bank of two central drawers with bow fronts flanked by in-curved doors, all with contrasted string inlays raised on six square, tapered legs with crossbanded cuffs and with string inlay. SIZE: 38-1/2″h x 60-1/2″l x 23-1/2″d. PROVENANCE: From a private Maine home. CONDITION: Very good overall. Original polished surfaces, slightly faded. With normal and expected wear to edges of frontal legs. 9-23171 (800-1,200)
