Of squat form with shaped handle and dome lid surmounted by a ball finial, decorated overall with panels of domestic life alternating with floral cartouches, additionally decorated with exotic birds and butterflies. SIZE: 8″ h x 11-1/4″ l x 7-1/2″ w. PROVENANCE: Estate of William Hoeschle of Belfast, Maine. CONDITION: Overall very good with minor normal and acceptable wear to gilding.
