Idyllic summer landscape provides the serene setting for this classic trade mark winged nymph gazing at her reflection in a pond, while perched atop a rock outcrop. A simulated wood grain border with curved corners indicates that this image was intended for a self-framed tin sign. Possibly a production proof pulled prior to the final additional of the White Rock lettering, or a stock image used to accommodate updates to the White Rock advertising campaign. Also included in this lot is a White Rock oval tip tray with the identical image, 4-1/2” w. x 6-1/4” h. in near excellent condition, marked “Fabcraft Inc., Frenchtown, NJ”.
