(some tear); Lou Shibai (1918-2010), signed “Lou Shibai,” dated winter in gengwu year, with one seal, 16 x 11-3/8 in. (smoke stain); Shen Peng (b. 1931), writing in cursive script, signed “Shen Peng,” with two seals, 16 x 12 in. (good condition); Feng Zikai (1898-1975), ink and color on paper, depicting mother and son in a garden with peach blossoms and plantain plats, inscribed, signed “Zikai,” with one seal, 16-1/2 in 11-3/4 in. (good condition); Fan Zeng (b. 1938), writing in running style, signed “Jiangdong Fan Zeng,” with one seal, 11-3/8 x 16-1/2 in.
