SUIT ADVERTISING DISPLAY. Unusual and well constructed late Victorian three-dimensional display featuring a wood frame, painted with a depiction of a well dressed man in a derby and cane with a cutout body which was backed by fabric of an actual suit to show the quality of the fabric used. Fronted with wire highlights and buttons to give indications of pockets and the cut of the suit. Set within its original A-frame bracket. SIZE: Approx. 60″ h overall x 21-1/2″ w x 14-1/2″ d.
