SMALL BUTCHER KNIFE PURPORTEDLY USED BY GERONIMO. 8-1/4” blade. Riveted wood handle, with dot stamped figures, purported to be Gan symbols used by Geronimo, and similar to the Gan symbols on the stock of Springfield trapdoor (lot 3543) Heavy black leather scabbard is riveted at the tip & has stapled tack decorations. CONDITION: Even rust patina on the blade. Light wear on the hilt with soldered fill around the tang. Scabbard is missing one tack & has been treated, so it is supple. 4-55212 (1,500-2,5000)
