LARGE BRONZE CENSER. 18th century, China. Cast in three sections. The censer with lion mask handles, 4-character seal mark beneath the footed base, fitted with a pierced dome lid cast with dragons and celestial pearls amongst cloudbands surmounted by a large conforming knop finial. The censer mounted on a stepped base cast with archaic designs raised on shaped feet. SIZE: 19-1/2″ h x 9″. CONDITION: Very good structurally with untouched verdigris surfaces. 7-73909 (600-800)
