DELICATE REGENCY FIGURED MAHOGANY DROP-LEAF WORK TABLE. First quarter 19th century. The figured mahogany top with hinged conforming leaves, above the conforming frieze fitted with two drawers and opposing simulated drawers, each with ebony stringing, turned knobs, and ebony teardrop escutcheons. Raised on slender tapering cylindrical ring turned legs. SIZE: 27″ h x 18-1/4″ d x 13-1/2″ w (closed); 26-1/2″ w (open). CONDITION: With minor cosmetic professional restoration, professionally repolished. Very good overall. 9-22558 (800-1,200)
