CONTINENTAL BAROQUE FOUR DRAWER PINE COMMODE. Mid 18th century, probably Italian. Rectangular top with shaped and scalloped molded edges above conforming case fitted with four long drawers on molded base raised on ogee bracket feet. SIZE: 33″ h x 36″ w x 22-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Stripped and waxed resulting in considerable lightening of wood. Hardware later replacements. Moldings with replacements. Feet have been altered.
