FRENCH PROVINCIAL FRUITWOOD HANGING CORNER CABINET. First half 19th century. Provence. The diminutive cabinet fitted with four quarter round graduated shelves, each with scalloped and shaped supports centering a bowfront paneled door. Frame with molded scalloped edge. SIZE: 46″ h x 9-1/2″ d x 14″ w. PROVENANCE: Robert Frederick Woolworth Estate, Monmouth, Maine. (F.W. Woolworth Store). CONDITION: Original painted surfaces have been removed, now with good honey brown color. Minor restoration throughout. 9-23570 (500-700)
