PARAPLUIE-REVEL TIN SIGN. Circa 1922 advertisement with deployed umbrellas for this French umbrella manufacturer. The artwork was done by the renowned Italian poster designer Leonetto Cappiello who is credited as being the father of modern advertising. The reverse side of this sign features an unusual attachment that may have originally held product samples. SIZE: 12-1/2″ wide x 19″ high.
