LOT OF 2 COCA-COLA CARDBOARD SIGNS. Lot includes 1942 cardboard sign captioned “The Drink They All Expect” picturing young couple helping themselves to ice cold bottles of Coke. Lithographed by McCandlish, Phila., copyright 1942. Also includes 1942 cardboard sign captioned “Talk About Refreshing” picturing a woman in yellow dress and rain coat holding umbrella and drinking bottle of Coke next to large red cooler. Lithographed by Snyder & Black, NY, copyright 1942. SIZE: Each is 16″ w x 27″ h. CONDITION: 1) Good; perimeter nail holes extend into image with some cardboard loss. 2)Good to very good; several vertical scuffs have torn through surface paper in several spots. 1-11969, 1-11970 (300-600)
