BALLARD CARBINE. SN 822. Cal. 50. 22” rnd bbl. All metal surfaces have been polished and nickel-plated except the extractor which is a replacement. Orig Merwin & Bray & Ballard patent markings on the receiver are only partially visible. CONDITION: Retains 80% of the refinish nickel-plating. Wood has also been cleaned with some repairs and some open cracks remaining. Mechanically fine. 4-56951 (1,000-1,500)
