HILLIARD UNDERHAMMER RIFLE. Cal. 42. 29” octagonal bbl, marked “CAST-STEEL / D.H. HILLIARD / CORNISH / N.H.” on the left quarter flat of the bbl and “3 2 3/4” on the bottom. The center sight in the middle of the bbl is missing. CONDITION: Brown patina overall with numerous dents along the edges of the bbl. Wood has been cleaned and reoiled.
