SMITH CIVIL WAR SADDLE RING CARBINE. SN 8021. 21-5/8” oct bbl. Cal. 50. Standard markings on the left side of the receiver. The release button is a replacement. CONDITION: 80% blue on the bbl. Faint traces on the trigger guard and buttplate & bright casehardening on the sides of the action. All mixed with light surface rust. Wood is very good. Cartouche is visible but not readable.
